We want you to love your EVRYJEWELS pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original pouch or box, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
